Mile 220.1 – 235.5
What a hot day, and my legs just felt like dead weight. The trail followed Mission Creek for most of the day, so fresh cold water was readily available! A good portion of the trail had been washed out, so much of the day was spent trail finding, and following cairns (signs made by hikers to help others locate the trail).
All my toes on my right foot and 2/5 toes on my left foot have blisters now. Heads up – gross blister pic below!
