Overlooking an expansive valley in southern California.

Day 7 | PCT 2021

Mile 59.9 – 72.7

Today was my one week-iversary! There were so many beautiful desert wildflowers, and I saw my first nope rope (AK snake!) cross the trail.

It was a hot day, but the terrain was relatively gentle for another long water carry.

I chose to solo camp once again, after having two people rudely pitch their tents practically on top of mine the night before.
